Website & Help Centre Upgrades

We’ve given the CAPS28 website and Help centre a significant upgrade to make finding answers faster.

A brand-new manual

The Help section is now a full, searchable manual organised the way you actually work — one section per CAPS28 module (Dashboard, Patients, Appointments, Treatments, Labwork, Accounts and Office / Admin), each drilling down into focused topics.

What changed

• Module-based structure — every feature grouped under its module, two clicks from the home page.
• Step-by-step guides with screenshots — real screens from a live clinic, sized to read at a glance.
• Cleaner, branded design — a consistent CAPS28 look with readable, compact layouts.
• News & Updates — this section, so you always know what’s new.
