Reminders & Recalls is the clinic-wide list of follow-ups you’ve scheduled — a one-off reminder to call a patient, or a timed recall to bring them back for maintenance. Everything here also surfaces on the dashboard’s Reminders & Recall panel so the front desk works from it daily.
The list
Columns show when it was Added, the Type, the Patient, the Notes and the due Date/Time. Use the type filter at the top to show only reminders, or recalls of a given interval (1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months).
Adding a reminder or recall
Click Add New, choose the patient (autocomplete by name or patient ID), pick the date and time, and type a note (you can dictate it with speech-to-text). Save, and it joins the list and the dashboard panel. Recall intervals help you systematise preventive care — e.g. a six-month perio maintenance recall — so patients don’t slip through the cracks.
Deleting
Use the trash action on a row to remove a reminder/recall once it’s done or no longer needed (with a confirmation).
