CAPS28 runs in the browser, so there is almost nothing to install. The one helper you may need, and the integrations that connect CAPS28 to the hardware and messaging channels in your clinic, are gathered here.
RVG-Bridge (desktop helper)
The RVG-Bridge is a small Windows tray application that lets the browser talk to devices on the front-desk computer — intra-oral X-ray sensors and RVG units, imaging cameras and TWAIN scanners — so captured images flow straight onto the patient’s record. Install it on each machine that has imaging hardware attached.
WhatsApp for patient messaging
Connect a WhatsApp number so appointment confirmations, reminders and recalls reach patients on the channel they actually read. You set this up under Manage Clinic → General by scanning a QR code — see the WhatsApp Integration section there.
Imaging & X-ray devices
Radiography devices connect through the RVG-Bridge above. Once the Bridge is running, capturing a radiograph from within a patient’s Radiographs tab saves the image against that patient automatically. See Upload a radiograph for the full workflow.
